Pre-writing :

- Short definition of  the main idea.

- How to make the workers love what they doing.

-What is the positive things of my idea.

- How leaderships can be successful because of that their workers.

           THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE WORKERS AND THE LEADERSHIP

          Today I would like to talk about that HOW leadership be successful in their work during let

 their stuff and assistents doing what they like. First , they most to be active person such as come

 on time , respect people and the customers, doing somethings new....., because workers always

 doing what their boos do  and of that will be a good massages to your co workers about your

 decision, defiantly , it will make them feel more confident at the work and happy. Then , you have

 to spend some money for the workers s activity , it could be in the company as a free lunch or

 some gifts or could be eat out enjoy at beach and talk together without feel stressful. Finally,

 leadership should be free for some time to listen to his stuff and do your best to make them

 happy. If any leadership do above , he Will accessed on his business.

 If one of your 5 senses (seeing,hearing,smelling,or feeling) stopped working, and you could choose which one , which sense would you choose ? why ?


         Human hard lose any of their senses. Each one of senses make people happy. The question

 is hard to answer it , but i will try that.

In fact, I can not imagine that my eyes stop working. In my opinion, it is the most important

 sense. The hearing too, it is so important. I will chose the smelling sense. It is an easy one, and I

 can enjoy life without it, even though I love perfume. :)

In my religion, those senses are gifts from God, and each day we most say, "Thanks God for giving me them. I do not like even imagine that I am can  lose one of them at all because when I think

 about it right away, I remember who does not have it and I have met him.

Some of them said to me, "When I lost my eyes, I felt that I got something else as vision, and I

am able to feel everything around me, even if I can not see people."

What advice would you give to a student coming from your country to study and in the United States? can be for school or living in the U.S?



          There are many pieces of advice I can help a mew student who wants to coming to study or

 live in US. He most know that the US has a different culture and strong system. If he wants to

 improve his major, he should study hard and do his best otherwise , it will be hard to keep going in

 US  because they observe his level all the time.

He need to apply in a good school and learn some of important information before he comes to

 US , such as the transportation , American people s lifestyle , and some English words, to help

 him in the first days.

He always has to be active in the school and his friends.He is going to be see a lot of people from

 different country so he needs to have an open mind. He does not have to be shy or angry or

 stressful. He most to pay for the bills , rental , and tuition fee on time.

Blog Journal - If you could change places with any person for a day, who would you change places with and why? Please explain who the person is (if they are not famous) and why you would like to change places with them.

     I would like to Chang my place with the third richer in the world , he is Alwaleed ben Talal.
He is Saudi and really famous person, he own about $ 30 billion , he is even has these much money ,but hi love his country and his people.

He has more than eighty hotels are five stars around the world , he own 25% of Twitter shares. I like to change with him to have that much of money , to buy whatever i want , and of course help people as him.

He also has a perfect relationship with other presidents , and all the public newspaper and magazine in Aruba are observing him all the time . He is also has the most dutiful wife , and handsome face , all of these beside his wealthy. He is modest.

He has the own airplane , and palaces magic. I wand to Change with him to management a thousands of people are under him , wherever he travel he going see his employees.

He also Prince but that did not help him a lot  , he is a good piousness man , he is a different person but he do not like to do  TV interview or say something to newspaper , he is kind fo shy.

I want to change with him to give my stuff extra money time to time like he does.
